NEVER HATE YOUR ENEMY AS IT KILLS YOUR ABILITY TO THINK LOGICALLY

Hate

Once there were two friends, Arnab and Ganesh. Both of them liked to play tennis and went to learn their favourite sport in the same academy. They practiced day and night and also played friendly matches to gauge each others skills.

A year later, their coach informed them about an upcoming tennis tournament. He further stated that only one player from each academy is allowed to participate and hence they would conduct a competition to choose the best player.

Next day, the friendly matches were conducted. Everyone except Arnab and Ganesh were eliminated. The final match was between the two and the winner was to eventually represent the academy in the tournament.

The match started and both showcased their best skills. After a long duel, Ganesh won. Everyone cheered for Ganesh and hugged him but Arnab was left alone to recuperate from his loss.

Arnab grew jealous and pledged to take revenge. On the day when the match was to be held, he stealthily entered the academy kitchen and mixed a performance enhancing drug in the curry. After having breakfast, Ganesh along with his coach left for the tennis tournament.

Before the commencement of the tournament, all the participants were checked thoroughly whether they had consumed any kind of drugs to enhance their performance and unfortunately, Ganesh was caught and immediately evicted from the competition.

Later, the matter was investigated and as luck may have it, the cctv camera recorded Arnab mixing drugs in the curry. Thus he was suspended by the tennis federation for the next five years during which he could not participate in any championship of national and international importance.

On the other hand, Ganesh regained his confidence and practiced day in and day out. His hard work paid and he won the gold medal next year.

MORAL: NEVER HATE YOUR ENEMY AS IT KILLS YOUR ABILITY TO THINK LOGICALLY.
