Once upon a time there were two snakes. Their mother trained them how to catch a prey and how to escape at times of danger.
Due to lack of experience, both of them committed a lot of mistakes and were not able to learn the skills on the first go. Thus, she instructed them again and again till the time they corrected their mistakes.
Day by day, the difficulty level increased and both of them failed many times before being flawless. After facing so many failures, the elder brother got frustrated and left the training in between. On the other hand, his younger brother continued and didn’t give up. Thus, after months of practice, he achieved perfection in all the skills.
One day, while both the brothers were on their way to the lake to quench their thirst, a hungry pack of mongoose spotted them. They made a run for their lives. The younger brother found a burrow and hid until the mongooses left but his elder brother, who was unable to spot a burrow, due to lack in training, was hacked to death.
