Once there were two ant colonies that competed with each other. One of them believed in the power of the individual and the other believed in team power. The ants of the first colony went alone to different places in search of food grains. Luckily they found a lot of them but because they were small in size, it became extremely difficult for them to pick up the grains and carry it back to their colony.
On the other hand, the ants of the second colony worked as a team, so whenever any one of them located a food grain, it called other ants. All of them picked up the grain particle together and carried it back to their colony.
After a few months when the winter season came, none of them were able to go out and search for grains because of extreme cold. Since the ants of the second colony had already collected a huge supply of food grains, they were able to survive through the tough times. But due to their carelessness, the ants of the first colony did not have enough grain reserves and all of them died.
MORAL: GREAT THINGS ARE NEVER DONE BY A SINGLE PERSON BUT BY A TEAM
